The customer can't cancel an order after the event booked.
However, The cancellation varies based on different categories and the order can be canceled as soon as you reach to us.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from the us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for the orders.
Dizpix photography reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Dizpix photography also reserves the right to modify the cancellation fee from time to time.
The customer must first notify the Dizpix photography within 2 days that if they want to cancel, and then have to wait 14 days to get the refund of the payment.
